Registration

As you know our conference is sustained by the registration fees of the participants. This year we will not have to cover the costs associated with the room location, meals, breaks, travelling but we still have to pay the salary of a person permanently dedicated to the organization of the event and the costs related to the transition to a full virtual event.

Therefore, for early registration only, a registration fees of 100 € is requested for the whole week, 50 € for PhD students and free for masters.

Therefore, for late registration, a registration fees of 124 € is requested for the whole week, 65 € for PhD students and free for masters.

To register: ​

1. Fill the form. You will receive a copy of your filled form to the indicated e-mail address.
2. Payment should be made by bank transfer using the provided bank coordinates
3. Send the transfer receipt to eof.barcelona2020@gmail.com (emilia.banos@upc.edu in cc)
